The hotel was clean and the price was good.
We had torn towels, bathrobes were available for 5€ fee but without belts to tie. The dirty dishes in the room were not replaced by new ones, we had to wash the glasses ourselves and that at four stars S.

Clean bathroom in the good room. Brilliant and marvellous location, to other area of Calpe. Based not far from beach and long promenade as well as the excellent Ceramicas Valles shop on the Moraira road out of Calpe.

Rooms and beds were fine. Cleaning is also good.
Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. After the meal again served without proper cleaning of the tables, floors and glass walls. Service staff was unfriendly !

The room overlooking the theatre was
Noisy due to a show, affecting my relaxation. Thankfully, the staff promptly moved me to a quieter room. The breakfast had good variety, but I experienced long lines, and the bathroom showed signs of mold.

breakfast buffet was amazing
At the end of December it is low season, so it was very quiet everywhere, almost all restaurants at the seashore were empty.. but everything was very nice

The closeness to the beach and the restaurants, plus the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff
The cafe bar only sells sandwiches and therefore outside of the main restaurant opening times there was nothing else available to eat. Although it has a beautiful spa for adults, the children's facilities were lacking. Advertised events were cancelled without letting anyone know and therefore we still turned up for them

I loved the amazing breakfast options, made my mornings good, and the hotel is just a short walk from beautiful Playa La Fustera, perfect for a relaxing beach day after exploring the city sights.

very nice hotel for the money, breakfast was excellent.room clean and tidy, mini bar if you want it, staff very helpfull but check in a bit slow if being picky. all in all enjoyed very much, so much so will be booking again soon.
